Raw chopped liver
Hi all--I take food prep as art, not science. So last weekend I created a dish for a potluck....was told it tasted like chopped liver (in a yummy way ;-)
I soaked sunflower and pumpkin seeds for a few days, Then ran them through the Champion with a blank. Added chopped chives and a little sea salt. I think that was it. If too dry, maybe add a little oil, although it was pretty creamy. Enjoy!
