infact this is my present hair style too :)
i love short hair so that I could keep it clean all the time and i was in navy(NCC) sometime ago and have been habituated to this hairstyle
Once you already have a cold, the best way to deal with it is to eat as little as possible and get as much rest and sleep as you can.
The best way to prevent a cold are to eat foods that are minimally toxic. That means eating mostly fruits and vegetables. Organic if possible. Raw. Fresh.
What also helps is getting plenty of rest and sleep. As much as you need.
