Infrared portable DIY sauna.
Bob is selling our infra red sauna board. Here are the details. He is looking for £100.
This is a home sauna board which was made to a specific specification using special heat resistant components. The board can be put into a cupboard or you can create a makeshift tent type canopy to sit in with the board. The sauna board only uses Infrared lamps and NOT Far infrared which only uses a minimum light spectrum. Infrared is a cheap and very effective way to increase internal heat as well as detox heavy metals etc. The sauna board has six lamp sockets but normally only 3-4 are used depending on the size of space you are using it in. The board comes with 5 x 250 Watt Infrared bulbs and the board measures 16” wide by 48” tall and with bulbs fitted about 8”deep. The flex length is just short of 4m. This is a great piece of kit for anyone desiring the benefits of home saunas without the huge costs and storage of buying a whole cabin. The beauty of this board is that it is light and portable and could easily slide under a bed or be stored flat when not in use. Due to the fragile nature of the bulbs the sauna board is only available for collection.
