I attempted a chefy kind of cheesecake using a cheesecake ring but I spilled them trying to get them in the fridge. Oh lordy, I'd like a larder fridge for xmas! Still, they tasted good. I made a sort of chocolate crunch base and the cheesecake was blueberry/banana blended with cacao butter/coconut oil and some cacao. Yum.
