Hello! Is anyone going to go to the Conti House, Hepburn Springs raw meetup/potluck in October? I really want to go natural drinking water spring huting - a'la Daniel Vitalis while I'm up there.. who's in!?

I'm hoping to, but I'll be so tied up with helping to organise the World Vegan Day Festival (the weekend after that) I dont know yet. :(

I could help you to find all the springs! I go up there regularly to get water. The sparkling water springs are about 5 mins walk from Conti. The 'secret' still water spring that the locals get their water from is just outside of Daylesford.

Ooh, yay thanks! I want to try both.. but would prefer the still water one i think as i presume it doesn't have any mineral taste to it? I reckon someone has already posted on it via: www.findaspring.com

Yup, that's the still water one. It used to be up there but disappeared a while back, I see shanti has put it up again. The sparkling water ones are great for raw 'softdrinks'! I can show you how to keep the mineral water so it doesn't precipitate, you can keep it over a year like this and it'll still be fresh.

AWESOME!! Can't wait to learn that! I am in Thailand at the moment sourcing young organic coconuts for the Aus market.... but look forward to meeting you when I get back in September - I work at Glo Health in Elsternwick (a very raw friendly store btw) so, do drop by if you're in the area.

Oh thanks! I'd love to have a source of org young thai coconuts, so hard to find! And I will drop in at some stage, I'm gleefully finding raw places all over melb, just found a place ten minutes walk from my work in Hawthorn (would you believe THAT!) Sprout, Auburn Rd Hawthorn.

Lets get raw Melbourne. Great work Smoothie Lucy. You are rawsome! I just got delivered a huge box of organic veggies and fruit from Greenline Organic Direct. I dont really have time to go shopping so it really suits me well. Great quality and great value. Cheers all.
