I love citrus and will usually eat it as a snack. However, I can't eat it while I'm driving and my hands get too sticky to eat in the hallways. What do you recommend?

I love making a simple raw trail mix and I take it with me everywhere. You can put whatever you want in it but I tend to just throw a combo of raisins, almonds, sunflower seeds, and goji berries into a bag and call it a day. Also, if you want to go old school you can do ants on a log.
