I don't have an ice cream maker, but have been successfully making Ice Cream recipes, freezing them in half filled ice cube trays and running them through my Omega juicer. Yum! Looking for Peppermint IC ideas... :D

For peppermint ice cream you could use a cashew base and blend in many real peppermint or black peppermint leaves, with some dates for sweetener if required. There are also special culinary essential oils available - do make sure they are edible and as pure as possible :)

My daughter Jana and I have had a great weekend - we made cherry ice cream on Saturday and melon sorbet for breakfast this morning - both delicious:)
