Dec 1st each year is 'World AIDS Day' This is an invitation to SHOW SOME LOVE AND GIVE SOME HUGS - and to remember the numerous individuals and whole communities that live with the stigma of our prejudice from our lack of awareness and understanding. I saw a lovely picture of World AIDS Day cup cakes, maybe we can create some super healthy raw ones for this year!
Seriously though, I'm trying to find out as much as possible about successful raw health and treatment of HIV. Any organisations, individuals, websites, studies, books, please post them here. Many thanks Anita

small cup steamed, sprouted black beans with raw spinach, pepper, tomato, cilantro (no salt)
2 sticks celery
6 red bananas
10 more pineapple guavas
7 satsuma tangerines
1 pomegranate

I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations.
but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee)
2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
Soft rock is soft, not driving rock, but soft gushy love songs, romantic, smooth..stuff you are embarrassed to admit you like.
Stuff that makes you imagine you are swimming with sea horses, or hanging out on a rainbow with your love.
Did you just blend banana and vanilla? I made ice cream with banana and cacao nibs... it was really good.
Yum. I love raw spaghetti so much.
That looks really good. I should make more elaborate desserts, I tend to keep it simple.
