not being able to stay completely raw her e in Peru, been staying with local families in remote places with only potatoes, quinoa and rice, but here in Cusco, getting ready for a hike to Machu Picchu, getting our batteries charges up in a selection of great restaurants here: on top of them all, without a doubt: Greens, near Plaza de Armas: great salads, nutmilk, juices...

this is awesome. I feel a raw- latin movement happening! Cuzco is an incredible mystical center, there are so many people doing amazing things, seperate to raw foods (working with children, the environment, organic agriculture, CACAO y harina de coca)......eating fresh raw foods would be like the icing on the uncooked-cake. I have many fascinating people interested in this sort of lifestyle in Cuzco. so happy to be here!

I'm very interested in Peru, one of my good friends is Peruvian and have wanted to go visit with her so long... I also have interest in parts of Central America and Carribean. The man in the picture grew up in S. Cali and is part spanish. I've been trying to learn spanish since I was in 7th grade, sometimes being able to understand really well, almost fluently, but never been that great at speaking/writing. I really want to move some business venture(healing) to Latin America somewhere we could sustain ourselves for part of the year, every year. My daughter is 1 and I'm teaching her all the spanish I know, I think eventually she'll be teaching me. Our last names are spanish in origin.

Oh my goodness, Magic. It sounds like my life (well, my future). My hubs and I intend to leave Canada (God Willing) for Latin America. He's Cuban and I have family in the Spanish and English parts of the Caribbean. I loooove Peru. A must see on anyone's list.

This is the site were I have been able to connect to raw latinos. We should continue the movement and spread the word. All of us here and able, lets make a pact to create a stir in the Latin word. Back to Basics....Feeling a bit too motivated to start a movement today, mis amigas. There is something Inspiring about new life.

Do any of you know of Raw Meet ups happing in and around the latin communities?
