on monday i rode with 2006 tour winner, oscar pereiro. today i rode with 7 times tour winner lance armstrong in the mountains. check out my youtube vids..

I commute weather permitting in Manhattan on our Greenway mostly which runs down the Hudson River. This leaves out the Winter months for the most part. It takes about 35-40 each way.

Riding following the Hudson River sounds amazing. Please speak about this Greenway. Is it soley for bicycle commuters?

in response o the greenway question: it's a nice sized roadway right on the water that circles manhattan. especially beautiful in the mornings on the way to work. i love being able to just work things through all by myself without having to deal with all the sourpusses on the train.
