- Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is exactly what I need right now. I don't know how you guys do it up there in Minn. Chicago has been blasted with cold weather all winter and it's hard not to want to eat cooked food! Also, your tips on how to handle other people are terrific. I use these often, esp. the tip about just not talking about it. I have to exercise a lot of patience with a particular person that I car pool with who goes out of her way to trip me up and show me that I'm not 100% all of the time. I'm always telling her that I'm not 100%. I've gotten to the point where I have just said that we are not going to converse about food during our rides. Hopefully, this will keep me sane!
