Hi there

I'm Rubina ~ Rawbina sometimes for fun! glad to come across this Ireland group as I thought I was the only one, I was looking at the 'raw in europe' & was disapointed when there was no Irish but anyway here ye are. I'd love to meet up and share ideas. great to be here x

Hey Everyone! I'm looking for a resort / get-a-way spot for my family for the holidays. It would have to be in either the U.K. or Ireland. We looked into the Zen Center in Cork but they are booked up. Any recommendations? Obviously, we're looking for someplace which is kid and veggie friendly. Thanks everyone!

www.responsibletravel.com have self-catering eco cabins in Sligo in Ireland & in UK. You could rent a house and visit the local vegetarian restaraunts & places of interest. Dublin has the largest variety but is the most expensive, Cork is good, West Cork is known for its farmers markets, its holistic practicioners & centres.

Hi folks (Hi Rubii!), I've recently signed up to this site and was immediately keen to try to connect with raw foodists in Ireland. I'm based in Galway and Dublin. Maybe we could think about having a get-together in the new year? A potluck thingy or something? Anyways, nice to meet you all. Happy holidays!

hi stacey, I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras. Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.

I distinctly remember feeling the exact way. I had the Nesco dehydrator before, and it stunk (it didn't work well). LOL The Nesco dehydrator is made in a circular shape and it would take doubly long to dehydrate, and food was often very moist/chew...

I think the green is more "leafy" tasting (which I don't mind) but doesn't have the same long-lasting aftertase that the white does. I love the Wisdom of the Ancients green stevia liquid. I've finally made friends with stevia, LOL! I get it from V...
