Hello Raw Eco Warriors,
We are a pure raw family, trying out some “GREEN”, sustainable travels from England, UK to California, then heading north to Vancourver. Chang-yu (mother) and two lovely healthy raw children, Didi 4 years and Enen 6 years of age. Look forward meeting local raw friends in the states.
Sometimes being “green” is NOT the easiest nor the cheaper option, and staying 100% raw adds the challenges. Many People asked me “why don’t you fly”, assuming you know the answers, I won’t go into details here. So it’ll be great to get some helps from our RAW circle of friends during our trip, even a “raw juice/salad” meet up will make the difference. Without your input, our Eco Raw adventure would be like “mission impossible”.
Oue Eco raw advanture started in April 2009. We’re committed and trying our best to make the Eco-friendly or "green" travel this year. So I booked and paid for a "last minute" trip to NYC by sea from England (simply couldn't resist the 70% off deal). It took 6 days and 6 nights. Just think about we've produced 1 tons LESS co2 per person this time (average western household produces 2 tons co2 a year), rather than my bank account, make me feel better already.
I plan to travel overland from East coast to West coast slowly by trains or cars during May 09, stay around Pacific coast for 2 months, and to meet local raw friendly people at potlucks & events along the way. With a small budget, we'll camp mostly at the national or state parks, or stay at friends'.
Feel weocome to contact us or check how we are doing on our Raw Green Adventure

Or visiting our website, GandJLivingOrganic.com.
I'll try my best to upload our latest photos & travelling logs here as well.
Peace & Love, Chang-yu
