What to serve in a Raw Food Cafe/Restaurant
My colleague and I are planning to open a Raw Food Cafe/Restaurant later this year. Is there anyone out there can give us some advice. We are discussing such things as should we sell alchohol and Coffee. We want to be 100% Raw but is this the correct commercial decision? Any advice would be appreciated.

Yeah, our restaurant closed, there is another location, but that location didn't have anything raw... we were managing the other location a full vegan cooked restaurant and we were bringing a lot of raw to it, I was working really hard on menu's, pricing, community activities(to bring more people in), student discounts, brunch, hours, catering, parties, all kinds of things like that... it has been a month since the restaurant closed and now we will be back at the other restaurant, it will be a transition in getting raw into that one the way we had it at the other location, but I still have all my ideas, and what was working and what wasn't working.
