I am really interested in helping people become healthy and I am thinking of changing my career from design to something in nutrition and alternative health. I'm just not sure exactly what yet. So I was wondering what kind of background all of the coaches have. How did you get to where you are?
Hey Kelly I am a holistic health counselor and I am going through training at the Integrative Institute for Nutrition. They have a ten month program that helps teach you how to develop your business as well as provides an education in many different dietary theories. May be worth looking into. Hope this helps on your path.

I am new to this site as of last week but I had noticed this group because of the word
Coaching that caught my eye. I'm curious as to whether you have made a career change
or whether you are still working as a designer. You do know that you could actually do both.
