hey all, it's so great to see so many climbers here...think i'll start a discussion :)
have you all noticed a difference in your climbing ability since going raw? i have noticed that the first 9 years i've been climbing, i had virtually no improvement! then the last 1 to 2 years since eating more raw foods, it was like i was spider woman...i had strength i had never tapped into before. now when i eat cooked foods, i suck at climbing again, so i have to plan accordingly :)
if anyone wants to climb in the bay area, let me know!
