Nashville, nah.... Chattanooga, HELL YEAH.
Chattanooga is about 2 hours from me, not so bad, and it's basically an every-weekend trip and theres rock EVERYWHERE!

- They are all taken in Utah, the crack climb is called something buttress, haha that doesn't help but It's up little cottonwood canyon in South Salt Lake.

- Seems the group is growing a bit lately? So does anybody have any Holiday climbing plans? I plan going out Saturday to boulder at my "secret" crag. Nursing a finger injury though so will be taking it easy.

Yes, it helps.
But you should know that the value of it can't be described by the speed of the healing process or whether you're looking or seeming perfect. Therapy is about coming to terms and coming back...
I always used to get sick on foods from restaurants, but the same meal I prepared at home wouldn't make me sick.... restaurants tend to drown foods in butter and oils, you've probably been eating less of those since going on those diet.
No problem at all. We're all here to support each other in our journeys. :D
with a manual camera I used a slow shutter speed (1/5) and kept my head moving side to side. i used Photoshop to get the contrast and color look.

It hasn't faded any yet, but I've only heard of problems with some of the phosphorus inks and ours don't have any in. But who knows, the approved UV inks have only been out a few years and they're more expensive so not a lot of people take the opt...
