Long time no talk! If raw foods and juicing have changed your health for the better let us hear about it!
My last blood test was markedly better after about 5 months raw (80-90% raw foods and green juices).

What was your diet before going raw? What kind of blood test was it, what did it show? Did you change other lifestyle ways? How are you doing now? What about your blood tests, have you had any since?

I ate SAD before dx, I have Leukemia, my highest white count was 29K, my lowest was 14.9 after being raw for around 9 months.. normal is 10 k or lower. I exercise daily, I meditate when I can and get 8-10 hours of sleep per night now..

Before I found out I had breast cancer I had blood work done and almost everything was high. After my surgery to get my breast removed I started a raw foods diet for about six months and all my blood works were better then normal and they want all women to do Kimo, radition and take tomoxphin... hum. I am so glad I didn't put that in my body. Why do women do that? Anyway would like to get some imput about breast implants. I would like to have breast again but I hate to put that in my body.
