Give it to me Raw

i have been eating raw, but i don't think there has been a single day that i was 100% and i am ok with that. i eat maybe a banana for breakfast with a green smoothie. maybe a salad or guac stuffed peppers for lunch and i try to make raw cookies etc for my major sweet tooth, but i always end up eating either cooked dinner or baked goods like cookies and junk that my office gets. i really think this is going to hold me up on my weight loss etc. does anyone have any more suggestions on what i might add in? i love raw, but i don't have a ton of time or money to spend making some of the more exciting dishes. (can't wait until summer to do that!) i really want to stay raw and get my body in shape. on a side note i don't expect some of the dramatic weight loss results that some have gotten because even when i eat cooked it is usually "healthy"-it doesn't seem to have any change on my body so far-i think my body is "used to eating healthful". i feel like those that achieve really dramatic results went from lots of processed SAD food to raw.

This is my realization. Old habits and addictions are harder to give up... but..
New habits and new affinities are easier to form.

I will post in more detail as a blog post but here's the short one.

- Dont mentally F yourself over cheating
- Counteract by introducing stuff you love. e.g. In my case I love FRUITS. Especially juicy sweet fruits.
The thing someone told me was.. EAT lotsa fruits for breakfast.. and you'll not feel down but energized because its Natural Sugar structure not Refined.
- Even if you still binge a bit. Go ahead. But .. before you have a cookie.. Have an apple and then have your cookie.

What I realized as I went from 34" jeans being tight to 32" jeans being lose in 2-3 months with almost no dedicated exercise was that I had just made sure to eat.. LOTS OF ... RAW veggies or fruit.. before I had my usual cooked meal (and that also did not decrease by a lot).

Slowly my natural affinity for fruit grew even more. For this reason yesterday when I had a bite of a sizzling chocolate brownie with ice cream... it was less satisfying than the cool cool watermelon I scooped out :)

INCLUDE and FORM NEW FOOD LIKINGS without giving up old ones.. SLOWLY your body will begin to love the Real thing.

In NYC, petite models are pretty hard to book, because there are so few! I know one, Miss Asian America and she's constantly busy doing commercials! Shorties are goodies lol
