Give it to me Raw

after having my eyebrows plucked in a certain way for years, i wanted to reshape them... including growing them in towards each other in the middle, lengthening them. i couldnt fathom why i had plucked them so far apart in the first place. so, ive been patiently letting them grow in and now ive remembered. on the inner side of my brows, the hair suddenly starts to go more UP than over, looking more tufty than id wish.

id really like to have longer brows-- so my question is this:
is there any way to train the hair to grow in a different direction?
i know head hair does this.
ive been brushing them and sometimes taping them (haha! only when im alone)

any other suggestions?

oh! one more Q: im starting to worry that they wont fully grow back in! i have some nice long hairs already but its kind of patchy/sparse... if there a point where eyebrow hair stops growing back?

hhhmmmm, i am not entirely sure how you might be ab le to get them to grow in a different direction but i think you can "train them". sometimes i use an old mascara wand, cleaned off, with a bit of hair gel to keep them in place-you might try that. my advice overall for brows is that fuller brows are generally more flattering (a la marilyn monroe, elizabeth taylor and many lovely ladies of the modern day). i believe it is said the the inside of the brow should start where it lines up with the nostril on that side (use something flat like a nail file vertically against your nostril and that is your guide). then apparently the arch of the brow should start about where the outer edge of the iris is ( kinda like this....Ol). hope that makes sense, but i am sure you could google eyebrow shaping. hope that helps a little good luck!

Mine do that in the inner corners- they kind of fan upward. Just trim the top of those hairs so that they're in line with the rest of the brows and they will look really good;)
Yes- sometimes it's hard to grow eyebrows back in after years of plucking. I've heard good things about this product to help the hairs grow back:

While they're growing back in, you should learn to use an eyebrow pencil or eyebrow powder to fill in any sparse spots.

Sometimes they won't grow back. My sister plucked hers pencil line thin for a number of years, and that's how they eventually stayed. At night, I rub a bit of castor oil on my lashes and brows, and it keeps the full and tamed. I'm very conservative when it comes to plucking, and I tend to have my brows more on the full side. I've even heard (though I don't think it's entirely safe) women using Rogaine to grow back eyebrows. Mine used to grow all over the place until I started using the castor oil at night. Keeps them in place while you sleep.

You wanna both snowboard and ski? You usually have to stick to one if you want to master it. Not saying you can't do both, but maybe wait until you got the hang of it before switching up.

My dog likes to sleep between my legs. Warm and I rather not speculate what's going through Mr. SS McCracken's head. Then again, he likes to sniff the cat's butt after using the litterbox :hurl:

This is WONDERFUL news!!!!! Many blessings from God to you. I love yoga. It is working miracles in my physical and spiritual walk with the Lord. Someday I'd like to visit India with my mother and sister.

One of my coworkers left a Little Debbie zebra cake for me for my b-day. I ate half and gave the other half to my husband. Sometimes I'm able to resist and some days (like now when Aunt Flo arrives) I nibble. The other day my husband made stovetop...

I love food as long as it's good. I love the fact my husband raised two turkeys for himself instead of being like his friends and buying the five dollar turkey at Walmart (yes there really is a five dollar turkey). My grandpa died at 103 and that'...
