Its since such a long time on my wishlist but I already have an own script with collected recipies about skin treatments with raw products. Collected here and there...
Id like 2 give raw treatments 2 my clients but until now it is just in my mind...
Has anyone this book?
Do u recommend it?
Is it worth the price?
Do u use it?
Wanna sell it on? :D
I bought this book and really like it! For me, it's worth it. I have only owned 6 raw food books. I wasn't ready for the first 2, so I donated them. I now 4. Eating 4 Beauty is a nice book. It has great pictures and addresses lots of things. I highly recommend trying the list of supplements David recommends for beauty. I can tell a huge difference in my skin since taking them! (That's the main thing I've used the book for. I haven't tried any recipes for dishes, juices, smoothies, etc. yet.) Once in a while I pick it up and read what he has to say protein or this or that. It's a good reference book for me.
I asked already in my library but they dont have it. I only found one small book about raw food there and I dont exepect finding any english-written ones there. Thats why I already bought some myself, f.ex. Superfoods by D. Wolfe. The German edition has been published 2001... ok then. So Id like moe to read the original wich seems to be up to date from time to time.
Anyway, Im holding my eyes open but I dont think I will buy this Beauty-Book for about 100 Euros. We´ll see what Ebay & Co. are saying about it :)

Your dog is sooo cute! I have a dog too and two cats, and I looove them! I feed them wheatgrass and they actually choose that before regular grass wich they normally chew on in the garden.
I decided to have a 50/50 raw/cooked meal at Vita last night, having had a desire for warm meals for last couple of weeks. They had a Vegan Paella, it was amazing but it's only the second time I have had grains for a year and I had headache soon a...
It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
