Wow, this group is exploding. Everyday I get emails about new members. It's wonderful to see all these artists in the raw community.
I think being raw, or at least being healthier than average, helps clarity and creativity. All the more reasons...

2 tbls Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup sun dried tomato's
1/2 cup red pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic
dash of salt
