yes I use the principals of P90X workout but i don't follow the meal plans at all. I eat whatever i want when i want it, as long as it's vegan.
50%Raw 50%cooked. (I like my breads baked, and cookies; beans and certain veggies cooked for me...) When I do 100% raw I get a little emaciated in the face and lose my tush...)
The workouts are GREAT, but I do it at the gym, not at home.
