I just joined this group and I thought I would introduce myself. I am a mixed media fiber artist based in NYC. I make both art quilts and bed quilts (but, not your grandmother's type of quilts-LOL) and teach mixed media art classes at a local quilt shop as well. i'm a german quilter living in berlin. started in 1995.
right now i have one project going on which is a super colorful blanket made of fleece fabrics only :-))
during my last visit to arizona in december i bought some rainbow colored fleece which will hopefully
match the quilt perfectly. so, once i finally have my apartment quilters' friendly again i will go on with
my blanket project :-) but this may take some time as i need to get rid of alot of stuff at the moment
first :-)) spring cleaning :-)))
take care
