I am a Steven Segal fan. I am also interested in Raw foods and martial arts fitness. I am here to learn and grow figured this might be a good place to start.

I gues from watching Steven Segal movies and watching a few interviews with Steven Segal you tube and other places.I have had an intrest in jkd the Bruce lee style Brazillian ju jujitsu Watched Gracie in the begining of the ufc Shalin Monks and others. I guess im interested in all Martial arts everone has something to offer

Hahaha, I was talking with Si a bit ago; i did JuJitsu for a while, but not the Gracie style- I did Atemi Ryu JuJitsu, which is a bit different. I have an interest in Krav Maga, but unfortunately have no opportunity to practice it.
