I'm a year away from letting all my wild energy free to make a baby and I would love to hear suggestions of things people have had success with while being raw and pregnant. I'm starting to drink/eat a lot more green smoothies because I realized that I am probably vastly mineral deficient (which is BAD for baby-making). Anything else I should look out for?
I am loathe to drink iron supplements (but I have a strange feeling that my abundance in greens will cover me) or take anything in pill form, if I can help it. I'm also listening to the baby's spirit in case he/she has any guidance about the place he/she wants to live for 9 months...
