It's always difficult giving up fruit in the beginning especially after a summers worth of eating quite alot of it. Todays food log was:
green juice
sunflower milk blended with mesquite, strawberries and spirulina over buckwheaties with dried blueberries.
kale/nori salad with tomato/avocado dressing and sprouts
a couple of pieces raw chocolate (unsuitable for diabetics)
herbal tea
lettuce salad with cucumber, tomato and creamy pea pate.
1 handful blueberries
That's it!
