znam jeszcze jedna polke, ktora jest raw i mieszka w londynie, ale znam ja tylko z sieci - powinnam spotkac ja w koncu na zywo!
bardzo mnie cieszy, ze polacy tez lubia raw ('surowe jedzenie' brzmi troche niesmacznie... moze lepiej 'na surowo'? ;) ja teraz mieszkam w londynie, wiec jest mi o wiele latwiej, a jak ty dajesz sobie rade w polsce? gdzie mieszkasz? mama mi mowila, ze maja teraz super truskawki na dzialce... niestety mnie omina w tym roku :/

Byc może to nie Ty:) Ale ta osoba też miała na imię Ola:) Ja radzę sobie, tak truskawki są, dzisiaj zjadłam pół kg!:)i czereśnie ekologiczne, mam to szczęście, że mam dostęp do ekologicznych roślin, sama też uprawiam:) i ziółka na parapecie i trawka:)Dziko rosnące rośliny zbieram. Może nasz klima nie należy do tych tropikalnych, ale teraz, kiedy jest sezon możemy mnóstwo owoców i warzyw spożywac. Zimą jest trudniej, ale można wówczas suszone owoce- więcej orzechów, ziaren i kiełków.
Ja prowadzę sklepik internetowy , może niedługo będzie też trochę superfoods ale uważam, że nasze rodzime powinniśmy spożywac.
Ja może na jakichś czas do Anglii wyjadę, może się spotkamy, ale nie do Londynu, a do Liverpool'u , do miast mnie nie ciągnie lecz do Przyrody.
W Londynie jest więcej Vitarianów, mam nadzieję, że w Polsce też będzie więcej:)
