Hello friends, I am just letting you know that I can't make it tonight i have to plan lessons....athough I stopped by early and got a takeout. It was pretty quiet and the food is so good, let's definitely spread the good word in town on this!

I haven't tried yacon; I think it's still too sweet, technically. I believe stevia is truly the only natural sweetener that is not a form of sugar. When I add vanilla flavor and a little coconut oil to the stevia, it's kind of like maple...
