I have no idea what is wrong with me. I eat 90 - 100 percent raw every day (the only non-raw thing I eat is feta cheese or raw cheese, because I read in Natalia Rose's book that goat cheese -- especially raw -- is easy to digest). My typical day includes an apple for breakfast, a salad (romaine, tomato, cucumber, onion and lemon juice and maybe a little feta or chickpeas or avocado) for lunch, a banana and almond milk smoothie as a mid-afternoon snack and a salad (similar to lunch) for dinner. I work out every day with either running, interval sprints, weights, pilates or dancing. I cannot, cannot, cannot lose weight. I have tried cutting out things like nuts, cheese, beans ... it doesn't work. Nothing does and I don't know what to do about it.
I went raw in April and initially lost 8 lbs and an inch from my waist and thighs. I gained it all back about a month or two later and can't lose it again no matter how strictly raw I am. I don't really care about a number on a scale, but you can imagine how frustrating it is to have tight jeans (that used to fit perfectly) to put on every day. Can someone tell me what to do. I can't understand why I can't keep the weight off.
