If you buy it at Hawaii Market, the package says "Sea Weed Rong Bien" without any mention of Irish Moss. It's not refrigerated in the isle one up from noodles. If you find a closer source let me know. I couldn't find it at California Market. California Market has kelp noodles though for $2.50(16 ounces) in the refrigerated section.

I'm going to try irish moss parfaits. There are some basic instructions on here somewhere. David Jubb made some killer ones in NYC. Planet Raw sometimes has them in fridge but they recently doubled the price. 1/2 Cup for $10. If anyone has an amazing recipe, let me know.

I am also seeing an accupuncturist and realize that we actually need cooked foods in our diet to support the spleen.
