Hi Everyone!
Is anybody interested in a house exchange for around one to three months next year? Dates are flexible and this is all 'in theory' at the moment. I live in a beautiful home with garden at the beach, in countryside in south east England, around 60 miles from London, 40 from Brighton, on a cliff top over-looking the English channel, a quick drive to the Dover channel port, so easy for a Euro-dash and very near the Eurostar train station to get to Paris, Brussels etc. I have two children and my partner and I are very clean-living artists. My partner is a photographer. We are looking for a house suitable for us as a family of four. As I say all is hypothetical at this point, but just putting the feelers out. I'm familiar with L.A. I used to live there.

Go to Meetup.com. There are a LOT of potlucks going on every month. I went to one last Saturday and two scheduled for this coming Sat. Potlucks can keep one very busy.

I would encourage you to eat oranges instead Vampi. Whole food is always best. Oranges are a perfect food; lots of sugar, and lots of fiber to slow down the absorption into the blood stream. Take out all the fiber and you've got a blood sugar spik...

I only use them if necessary, like if Im ordering at a restaurant, or if someone asks me about my diet.
yes people seems to have this tendency, I do too...
since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps.

I write poems (mostly in Seussian rhyme), articles on health, and am working on a couple of books on health...
Nicolas have you ever had a pineapple that does not give symptoms. In my experience around these hoods where we are there are practically no ripe pineapples..or perhaps a few dunno
Yes ma'am. Resting as completely as possible with eyes closed; getting enough water; avoiding too much sun; avoiding toxic substances (personal care products, cleaning products, etc.)
I enjoy writing about the deepest darkest secrets of my heart, about things I dont want to share with anyone..or lack the guts to share. Love letters mostly, but not always. If I have a dream I want to remember Ill write it down.
