Hi juice feast enthusiasts. I'm starting a juice feast NOW. Today I went shopping for my winter clothes. Nothing I liked was in my size and anything in my size I didn't like. I looked at myself in a large mirror and knew that the way I look at 250lbs is not the way I want to look. I went home, fell asleep, woke up and knew what I need to do. My main motivation is weight loss but my expectations are higher than that. I have travelled far from optimum health on all levels. NOW I'm ready to realise my potential. Juicefeasting is my starting point. All support welcome and may my journey inspire others. love and ligh, Luna

How's everyone doing?
I'm just starting week 4 now. I drunk my urine aswell as the juices last week and it really stepped things up. The physical cleansing was really powerful and a massive emotional issue suddenly came to a head out of nowhere. I saw my kinesiologist who got me through it and I'm just coming out the other side now. I've had big waves of fear and anger the past few days, I've taken quite a few coffee enemas to help with this and right this moment I'm feeling pretty good.
What I really want from this process is to clear my allergies. I've had enough of sneezing. I want to heal! I am healing.

Hi everybody. I didn't juicefeast. I want to. I do, but everytime I begin I get overwhelmed by doing all that juicing whilst being mum to my 2 young children and then addressing the emotional stuff that comes right up for me pretty quickly. Then I eat it down again so as to stay sane for the children. Well that's my story anyway. So I'm going to do a preperation week this week eating mainly raw and definitely vegan and then work myself into it a bit slower. I'd like to work up to a long juicefeast which I feel I can do once I get into the flow. I read on the juice feast website that we go back 120 days for every day of feasting. I'm 44 and a bit. My husband did some maths a few months back and said if I wanted to go right back before conception, which I do, I should feast for 137 days. A few months on maybe that's 140 days now! What a concept, to cleanse that deep. To begin again! Power to your journey all you juicefeasters. I'll let you know how I get on. love and sparkle, Luna xxx
I would encourage you to eat oranges instead Vampi. Whole food is always best. Oranges are a perfect food; lots of sugar, and lots of fiber to slow down the absorption into the blood stream. Take out all the fiber and you've got a blood sugar spik...
