The 1 month global juice feast http://www.globaljuicefeast.com/ is upon us (in 30 days and counting) and I wanna know who's ready to pull those mason jars out of the pantry and fill em up with green juicy goodness?
i want to do it but not for a whole month. lets see how i pull through. there are many constraints and am not fully ready yet to do such a long fast. but i long to do for 15 days at least!

I'm starting a 92 day feast December 27 (the new moon)...so count me in!!! This is my first juice feast and major cleanse. I'll be doing Rich Anderson's Arise and Shine 28-day program in February. I'm stoooooked. =) See my blog, yah? www.livingtherawlife.blogspot.com
I see the next Global JF starts on March 7 (I believe). I'm considering doing one, but I'm going to wait until after my birthday, March 17. Haven't decided how long I'll go or what supplements I'll use or anything like that. Does anyone have access to the membership on the juice feasting website? Is there more to it than the free info they provide? I just want to make sure I do this right and want to know which membership to get. Again, not sure how long I'll go and they don't have a trial membership, and money is very tight right now.

I'm starting the juice feast on March 7th. Any takers? I did it last year and went 48 days. it was one of the best expriences i have ever had. ya, so... any takers? I will prolly be posting updates and what not-
2 apples
10 pineapple guavas
small cup steamed, sprouted black beans with raw spinach, pepper, tomato, cilantro (no salt)
2 sticks celery
6 red bananas
10 more pineapple guavas
7 satsuma tangerines
1 pomegranate
10 dates
I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations.
but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee)
2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
Soft rock is soft, not driving rock, but soft gushy love songs, romantic, smooth..stuff you are embarrassed to admit you like.
Stuff that makes you imagine you are swimming with sea horses, or hanging out on a rainbow with your love.
Only because Suvine asked me to.
I have almost no idea what qualifies as soft rock, but if most of the music here is any indication, that's probably because I don't actually like soft rock. For the most part. Does Queen qualify as soft rock? I ha...
