I had a juiceman Jr that I loved that literally lasted like almost five years....I had a champion and hated it because it was difficult for me to remove.

Comment by cherry Blossom on February 20, 2009 at 12:22pm - i am on day 55 of my 124 day juice feast, it does get boring after a bit, but lessons come with this. i can;t wait start eating again, but at the same time, i have the time to think about why food was such an obsession for me..plus i don't get why i am so constipated?

- Cherry...I am confused. You are on day 55 of a juice fast, and you're constipated? That makes no sense..this may sound like a stupid question considering your situation, but are you getting enough fluids?

In the first stage, the diet is restricted to veggies, protein, and just a few grains (eaten in very small portions). Fermented foods and sea veggies are very integral to this diet, so it sounds like you might really like the diet.

I remember being close to broke and hungry and going into the super market to find that organic bananas were ripe AND 50 cents a pound! I got 50 pounds for $25 and smiiiiiled

What do you eat in the first stage? I really think I am going to try and get this book because I always crave fermented, savory foods and sea veggies. Do you eat animal protein?

Well, I never wasted away and actually feel that some of my deficiencies from poor digestion are turning around. But while I am getting the calories and nutrients I need, I sure do need to eat a lot! I often think of animals, like goats or rabbits...
