I tried to do a juice and smoothie fast a few weeks ago but just didnt really have it in me yet to do for a week. but I am willing to try it out again. thanks!

I'm wanting to do a fast once I quit my work next week...it's a really good thing so I'm super excited! What are ya'll's favorite juicers? I had a juiceman Jr that I loved that literally lasted like almost five years....I had a champion and hated it because it was difficult for me to remove.

i am on day 55 of my 124 day juice feast, it does get boring after a bit, but lessons come with this. i can;t wait start eating again, but at the same time, i have the time to think about why food was such an obsession for me..plus i don't get why i am so constipated?

I am interested but not inspired yet.Want to do something to "spring clean" my house. Recently got a Blendtec and have not learned to make fresh juices in it. Anyone else make juice in this sort of blender?

Cherry...I am confused. You are on day 55 of a juice fast, and you're constipated? That makes no sense..this may sound like a stupid question considering your situation, but are you getting enough fluids?

I did a 92 day juice feast last spring....now it's time for a tune up! I'll be starting a month long feast on March 1st. It's nice to connect here.

melissa, i know, i called a nurse service and they are completely baffled, they said they would have told me to drink juice.. so i can only assume i need more clear fluids as apposed to juice???? i don't know
