EVENT COMING UP - RAW FOOD - NORTH WEST IRELAND - 3-5 OCTOBER, WATCH THIS SPACE!!
It will be a one day workshop with a brilliant raw food chef from the US, plus a talk and tasting evening in a restaurant, and just waiting on confirmation of screening the film "Raw for 30 Days" in the mobile cinema.
PLEASE SHOUT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED!! I am trying to co-ordinate likely numbers and best days to do each event.
All events will be in the Sligo area.

I've never actually met another person who doesn't think that raw foodists are loopy but I do live in a very conservative small town! hope to make friends and links

i just bought one by Raw*Revolution...its a little oily but tasty...i got the cashew agave one,i think i like the spirulina one better though...its 100% raw yum yum

hey my eyebrows are finally growing now,they stopped around 3 years ago,with the high fruit bizzo way of eating...yayy for new way of eating raw and MSM...i dont want them growing 3/4 of an inch a mo...
