I love you all, and if you ever feel the need to have a raw conversation that you know will be unwelcome by your loves ones I am always available.

Alright I need support here. I feel like I am leaving my husband in the dust. I am having a hard time relating, respecting, and otherwise communicating with him because he is not experiencing the mental, physical and spiritual clarity that I am from a raw diet. I am feeling so desperate and sad at the moment. I don't know what to do. I love him, but I am starting to feel so isolated and alone. It is starting to feel like I am married to a senile old man. Bluthering about and not making any sense and getting frustrated and resentful at my youth and happiness. He thinks I'm crazy. I've been with him since I was 17 and to his defense I have changed dramatically and he has managed to stay the same. It's not his fault, we are just on very separate paths. I am trying my best to find things for us to share together still but the list is dwindling fast. I can't just throw away a 10 year long relationship to a man I love, but i do need serious help.

Love and light to you all.

I don't have any words of wisdom, Rachel, but I wanted to say that I can identify. My husband and I have been together 11 years and in that time he has pretty much stayed the same person (although getting sicker) and I have changed careers, gone to school and grad school, converted to a different religion that's about as 180 degree of a change as two religions can be from each other, gone vegan and then gone raw. Those are the biggest changes that come to mind but there have also been countless small changes.

Like you, I've grown very different from who I used to be and, like you, I don't want to throw away my marriage. Basically what I've done thus far is to build my own life and strength while still holding inviolate those times and ideas where my husband and I can come together on common ground. It's like fitting together pieces of an intricate puzzle.

There is a lot I don't share with him anymore so I've learned to share with myself. I don't want to turn from him only to cling on to someone else, so I try to avoid making my friends into substitute relationships. It's been good for developing a stronger sense of self and self-containment and so I've been taking the whole experience overall as a lesson or series of lessons my soul is teaching itself: self-reliance, patience, non-judgmentalism, and so much more.

Best wishes in your journey, Rachel Harmony

I would love to know your plan for escaping mandatory vaccines, but I don't reckon you'll want to post it here. :(

I have never dried them myself, but in France and Italy you can buy them already dried (at what temperature I don't know). It was awhile since I ate them (before I went raw).

My saliva has never commented on how I smell. But my mouth tastes fine. And, in case you were wondering, my various excretions all smell good too!

Lost is same insanely good storytelling, character development. I love how they spend time flashing back to show you the character's demons and how the island is bringing them to face what used to be a big thing for them. Plus, you never know what...
