Hi everyone
I'm looking for some good book suggestions here to get info on where particular fruits and vegetables grow best. Like which climates are ideal for what and also where certain fruits originate as in come from, their history, how they got spread across to other countries and so on....
Have you guys come across anything particularly good on those subjects? Please let me know.

After the third or fourth day I seem to function better then when I am eating heavy meals. My last fast I was walking eveyday. I just feel great when I am fasting.

I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
