thanks for the info. Can you please ellaborate more on what the specific plan is. is there a garden, green energy involved? Are you changing the marketing stategy for the festival? Please tell me

Right now we are focussing on just getting group approved materials to use for marketing. I wrote a press release which will be used if people need a short description of what we;re doing and why. I may end up doing the brochure as well but I hope someone in the group has a little more experience here.

Right now everyone doing this is doing it as a volunteer but there may be a budget coming up if things get a lot bigger. We are going about this in a really creative way and I understand it but two of the main people in the marketing group were asking about money so I am not sure how much they are going to put into it unless money crosses hands. I am glad there isn't money right now because that says a lot aout how much someone believes in the idea and that they just aren't interested in money. The two that at first seemed to have the most experience and the most money are the ones who are concerned aout getting paid for their involvement so we'll see what happens. They were traveling so that was their excuse for not being more involved but it is probably because they feel their time is too valuable.

Here is the link for the basic plan. I am not worried because I feel like the ones who really belive in it are the one who should be in it. This happens a lot in organizations when you find out that some people are all talk and others do the majority of work and are humble aout it.
