Hey I want to know more about Holodynamics. I want to use this on a psychosomatic illness and see if it works. Can one learn to do the tracking process without going to the seminar or anything like that? And also what book should I start with? Oh yeah... one more thing; I suppose this is going to take a lot of time to learn...? in that case I'll have to reconsider it. If its easy to pick up and implement then thats a big plus.
I learned it by going to the seminar (9 days), but I know some that have learned it on their own through the eBooks. I think it depends on your level of perceptiveness and intuition. For some I think they could pick this up real easy. Others it might take decades. I'd recommend either "Dance of Life" or "Holodynamics: How to Develop and Manage Your Personal Power" although I actually haven't read either of them yet. I just attended the seminar and have been applying what I learned.
I can almost guarantee that this would fix a psychosomatic illness. The founder cleared 80% of the patients in a mental ward before he got kicked out. I didn't think I had mental problems until I started doing trackings. My thoughts are immensely more coherent and resonant . . .

Soaking might help, I really don't know for sure. My father eats soaked dried chestnuts. The dried ones are really hard and they get a little bit softer when soaking them, but they are'nt as sweet soaked.
recently i have come to believe i may (not fully sure) have candida. mainly for the following reasons: after any cooked meal that is high in startches like say risotto the next day my head is so fuzzy and i think it may be even hungover or drunk. ...
This is what my mom recommends too. The thing is I live in a high-rise building in NYC, so I'm definetely not "grounded".
The grounding bed technology makes sense, but it doesn't feel natural to me. Has anyone tried it? Did you notice any changes...

I LOVE this post. you have nailed on the head so many things that I think, about religion, food, dogma, etc.
It's true that so many legalistic people do not realize that what they're doing may come off badly to others; just trying to find what is...
