I was wondering what you use on your skin. People tell me to use oils or products, but they just feel unnatural to me and seem to have very little vibrancy. I read in a book that you can use raw foods on your skin like Aloe. I went around trying a few of them. Aloe is good. It can be used as a sunscreen. Papaya is good. Cucumber is good. The cream from inside a Coconut Sprout is great. Very soothing and replenishing for dry skin. The one I found to be the best is Noni. David wolfe and associates were using it on their feet last time they were here. I tried it soon after. It felt like my feet were alive from the inside out and were tingling all over. I have continued to use it since then. The small amounts of oils it does contain help to soothe my skin after being out in the Hawaiian sun all day long. So far Noni works best for me, but I do use fresh Coconut Cream, Avocado, Aloe and Papaya when I have them.
