Comment by del on November 8, 2008 at 2:23pm - How cool. Only on the web can you find such a group. I've been using the mason jars ever since I heard about the plastic #7 and how harmful they can be. I've had a few breaks. Especially when it's filled. Then I started cushioning them with a kitchen towel and putting a wide rubberband around them. The ones that come with the veggies. It give a little better grip. Cheers!
