There are many variations of "fruitarian" depending on who you ask. I live on fruit alone and I'm wondering who else, if anyone, also lives on just fruit.
I was all fruit for a year. Ended in January. 6'0. 24. 150 LB. Blood was perfect. I felt great on the diet except I couldn't gain muscle. I worked out a lot. All fruit. No nuts or veggies. No supplementing. I juiced for a bit but just lost more weight.
Overall it was a tremendous experience that I would do again if I went back. My conclusion: diet not sufficient for me.

Healing with whole foods is a great start..
I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports:
1) it's great, feels great, and really helps to clear out the sinuses/lymphs
2) it feels great, but that's just the warmth and it doesn't actually do anything...
Because we believe we are dying. Fact is there is no such thing as "natural causes" or "dying of old age" death is always the result of sickness and disease, of which, all are preventable.
I choose to not buy into the 'I am dying' thing, it's the...
