Read this last week and found it really interesting. Anyone have any experience with fermenting there vegetables with Kefir Grains? Please share below if you do :)
I've never used the actual grains (didn't usually have that many to spare when I was working with grains), but I have used water kefir to make a brine (the fermented sugar water). In fact, I believe it was the batch that is being used for the group photo now. A lot of people use kefir-whey (as I'm sure you know)!
