Give it to me Raw

what oils are best to put on your hair daily? I put jojoba oil in my hair after a shower but was wondering if there are other oils that may be better?

Do you find the jojoba is good - and in what way(s)?

it definately relaxes the ends of my hair, keeps it very soft and healthy looking.

OLIVE OIL! :-) Fabulous stuff. Over the years, after everything I have tried, olive oil remains the king. Blessings, Angelina

I love using Coconut Oil. Then I massage in Peppermint oil. Feels so tingly and amazing. : )

that sounds great, and you are just gorgeous, but that goes without saying.

Do you use pure peppermint oil? (Same question for Rosemary) Sounds great!

I do... it may be a bit much for some but the scalp can take a lot and it feels great.

My hair which is very thick and sometimes unruly, loves coconut oil. Also rosemary oil is very good.

I'm definitely going to try the coconut oil. I have to find the rosemary though.

Jojoba oil is actually a wax, not an oil, and it is very similar to the wax and oil our own hair produces, so it's often the one that people will have good results with.

That said, I usually use coconut oil on my hair, but if I'm deep conditioning (leaving lots of oil in for a few hours or overnight) I'll put coconut and cacao butter in my hair, so I smell delicious :D

Do you use just a little oil then:-) ? I might just be an overdoer once I use oils, but I always find my hair really heavy and not so great looking after using them... ! Enlighten me :-) / turena

I dont smell like fruit, but since getting all the processed foods out of my diet I find I hardly need deoderant. Theres definitely a noticeable improvement. What are people supposed to smell like? In nature, animals smell musky.

I would love to know your plan for escaping mandatory vaccines, but I don't reckon you'll want to post it here. :(

I have never dried them myself, but in France and Italy you can buy them already dried (at what temperature I don't know). It was awhile since I ate them (before I went raw).

My saliva has never commented on how I smell. But my mouth tastes fine. And, in case you were wondering, my various excretions all smell good too!
