I love coconuts, or do they love me? We're in love with each other!

Laura Fox and Debra make coconut kefir, devirginizing!

He has no climbing shoes, better for the tree. Good job.

If the fronds had stayed, they could have fallen and hit someone.

Enjoy your visit.

As much as I complain about Miami, there are some perks to living here. . . Free coconuts!

Really?!?! Do people have coconut trees on their property?

Oh and I have some coconut bowls similar to the ones posted above. I definitely want some jewelry, does anyone know any good sites? or places?

Thank you for posting your fridge Sunnied.

Coconut palm plants on the property, gotta keep 'em cleaned. They get so tall. Don't wanna get hit. Keep you in shape climbing them and keeping the trees trim. That way you get the cocos when they're young.

Lately I have noticed that coconut butter is too sweet for my palate, so I have been eating it with unripe bananas (not too sweet). It has kind of helped. Has anyone else noticed this?
Does anyone put theirs in the fridge?

I like eating it because it gives me quick energy in the morning before my jog.

On property, at public beaches, everywhere.
My dad visited last year and made me pull over on the side of the road cause he saw a 'good tree' and proceded to fill my car with coconuts. Most of them went to waste since he went back to California a couple days later and I wasn't into them at that point :(

Anisha, I like unripe bananas with a saturated fat like coconut cream too. It's not only good for sustained jogging energy, but also relieves pain and helps bones repair. I don't like mine in the fridge, but I dont break them open right away anymore, and if they're half-cut, what are you going to do?
Sunnied, Did he climb the trees? Did you? How tall were they? Was it embarassing? You throw them in the wastebasket? At least you drink them now. Now you have something extra in common with family: coconut cucko-osis!!

The best thing to do is drink green juices. Juice 2 lbs of greens per day. You are working from an old paradigm of health. Doing protein drinks doesn't help anyone. From your description you are not eating greens at all. You need to eat greens to ...

In the first stage, the diet is restricted to veggies, protein, and just a few grains (eaten in very small portions). Fermented foods and sea veggies are very integral to this diet, so it sounds like you might really like the diet. Nothing sweet ...
