Give it to me Raw

There's all of the conditions that act toward a vibrant joyful life. people eat in many ways. How do we know what they are? I know that in the absence of a pathogen we can feel better than if we have it. Yet if we can get it are we healthy? I equate that to walking on a trail and then getting eaten by a predator, why do we get eaten? Were we healthy? Can we be healthy without such predator? Can we be so healthy that the predators won't want us? When plants are stressed they get eaten by bugs. HOW does a Negate Ive "mind" know what a condition For wellness is? Is a condition 4 wellness the absence of stress? It seems the word condition by itself negates.

I've thought Which elements are the most vital to us? Or what elements would we die fastest without? If the moon disappeared how fast or to what extent would that affect us? What about the Sun, how fast would we disappear? What about water? Oxygen? Carbon dioxide? Plants? Animals?

What about the beneficial effects of food? How would know the long term benefits of eating specific foods? Would short term beneficial affects ever be beneficial long term also? What foods have a reputation of long term benefits? Is this how we would know?

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
