Why do we overeat?
I believe it is because our lifestyle including diet has not evolved with our mind-body.
Instinctive eating and natural environmental controls (availability, etc.) keep us on track, at least would if we lived like pre-modernized man.
Maybe this could be the best guid to healt (living in our natural environment), or maybe it could be used as training if humans are so good at leaning things.
