Are there some good restaurants or grocery stores in the area. I have been to Vitamin Cottage and love it, but wish the produce department was bigger with greater variety. =)

Hey everyone! I'm teaching some raw food classes in Ft. Collin tonight through saturday at the Vita Shack soon to be Greenivore Store and Cafe location 346 E. Mountain Dr. Ft. Collin, CO. Check out my class schedule at http://www.greenivore.net/classes.html
If you want to come to dinner only at any of the classes it's $25 dinner is at 8:30pm. Tonight is mexican night from 6:30-9:30pm, tomorrow is Italian, Friday is Thai and Saturday we're doing an all day greens class from 12:30-5:30pm.

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
Isn't it?!? I personally can't think of anything more visually appealing then beautiful fruit :)
