I'm with you Mish. We the people are going to have to do alot more than just stand up and say no. Even that is far fetched. Something very radical would have to happen before food standards are changed to make an effect on it. As i stated above on a Codex discussion. It's pretty obvious our government wants us to be unhealthy. Do you think they would bailout McDonalds if they were going under? Probably. Do they want us unhealthy to slow population growth? There is a very strong argument based on alot of evidence supporting that accusation. As stated in a movie below, according to the WTO and FAO epidemiological projections estimate that just the vitamin and mineral guideline ALONE, when it goes into global implementation in December, 31 2009 will result in a minimum or 3 billion deaths!!!!!! Thats the creators of Codex telling us that were going to die as a result of codex. It's time to get mad, it's time to take action.

I'm kinda daft. I dont exactly understand what the map has to do with the phrase "smart growth cells." Could you elaborate?

Raini, the Smart Growth Cells are said to be part of the plan to corral citizens into Cell cities built upwards, to restrain the masses far away from natural habitat and stuff us all into restricted areas. Like camps. The map is fuzzy but shows how much of US land will be dominated by governmental powers for their sole use, keeping us poor people who were reigned in through our debts confined to these designated camp city cells.
This is quite like the idea in the movie Soylent Green, which seemed ridiculous until now.
There is a new movie, by the way, The Day he Earth Stood Still. A remake from the 50s about an alien who comes to Earth to warn humans to stop their wars and fighting or their entire race will be annihilated.
Movies are telling!
I do not necessarily believe full stop that all this WILL happen (except Codex I am feeling very real). The rest I just like to ponder, expand my mind, what is possible in this world.

Ah, Cells as in F.E.M.A camps. Yeah there were actually cells unloaded near me. Little Lego Block prison Cells

omg thank you sooo much for this information. its amazing how long this has been going on and still not enough people are aware. are there any countries where codex won't take place??

Cristya, South Africa is the only country I know of to have said no to codex and stuck two fingers up to it I've been seriously thinking of moving there.

Growing food is great but in the future you will have to have licence to grow your own food, this information is on there own info on the codex legislation if you go to the website you can find it all

Bear in mind the codex alimentarius site reword it in a way to say it is for our own protection.

Norway and Germany are now controlled by codex. In Norway a pharmaceutical giant now controls the herb echinacea and it is only sold on prescription as a pharmaceutical for huge inflated prices, the same with ginko biloba and other herbs.

The more of us that are aware, the harder it will be for them to slip these laws in, they are hoping to bring them in as they have done in Europe with no one noticing through the back door.
